All questions and answers will be held in the strictest confidence, and I will never reveal your name, e-mail address or the subject of your query to anyone. Ever.

Ask A Question.

Asking a question is as easy as sending an e-mail.

E-mail your question to me. In the e-mail, include your name, e-mail address, the latest date by which you need the information, and the price you're offering to find the information. If I accept your bid, I will send you a bill for a deposit.

Research will commence upon receipt of your deposit, and the balance will be due upon completion (but before delivery) of the work.

I reserve the right to refuse any bid for any reason.

Terms And Conditions

• Minimum bid is $10. Bids under $10 will be deleted without acknowledgement.
• There is an additional $15 non-refundable advance fee for "rush" work (work due within 24 hours).
• Failure to pay your balance at the completion of the work will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
• Large projects can be burned to CD and mailed to you, for later reference. This service is provided as a courtesy to my customers. Just indicate in your e-mail that you'd like the completed work burned to CD, and provide me with a mailing address.
• You may have your results sent to you in .TXT, .DOC or .HTML format, as you prefer, simply indicate in your bid e-mail which format you would like your work in.
• Requests for answers to test questions, or for essays to be written will be deleted without acknowledgement. I will gladly seek out source material for you, to assist you in writing your own papers, but I will not do your homework for you. Tutoring is available, please write for a quote.
• Requests for answers which allude to illegal activities or pornography searches will be deleted without acknowledgement.

Payment Policies

• Upon acceptance of your bid, you will be billed for one half of the bid price as a deposit. Research will commence upon receipt of your deposit.
• For all work designated as "rush" work, there will be a $15 advance fee. This fee is not refundable.
• When the work is complete, you will be billed for the remaining balance. Upon receipt of the balance, the work will be e-mailed to you. Additionally, if the project is large or you would just like a permanent copy for later use, I will gladly burn the document to CD and send it to you via first class mail, free of charge.
• I currently accept secure payment through PayPal only, for your protection and mine. You may pay by Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover, Instant Transfer from your bank account or deduction from your PayPal balance. E-checks are currently not accepted, except by prior arrangement - please note that e-checks sent without prior written arrangement will be rejected.

Miscellany

As a courtesy, the copyright for any work I do for you will be explicitly signed over to you. Research I do for you will be done as a "work for hire" - once my work is complete, I will retain no rights to or control over how the research is used. (If you're happy with my services, however, I'd greatly appreciate it if you told your friends!)

If any part of my research is unclear, you need only drop me an e-mail for clarification purposes. This followup is free of charge for 30 days following the delivery of your information.

If I make a mistake in the research (a rare occurrence, but it does sometimes happen), I will be glad to fix the problem. Simply send me an e-mail explaining what you think is wrong with the material, and I will find additional sources.

I'm committed to getting you your information, and will work closely with you to ensure that your topic is thoroughly researched. In the unlikely event that something goes terribly awry and I am unable to resolve the problem to your satisfaction, I will refund your money.
